At a recent horse anatomy workshop, we invited some parents attending a pony club rally at the venue to pop in for a look and chat at lunchtime. Imagine our surprise when the kids asked if they could come in too!
We were super impressed with their interest and thoughtful questions, and hope the topics we discussed will give our keen young scientists much food for thought, along with their parents, when it comes to keeping their horses and ponies comfortable and performing well.
Thanks to all for what was one of the highlights of our day – it is fantastic to see our next generation of horse owners taking a serious interest in how their horses’ bodies work, and what they can do to keep them happy and healthy!
